"We are uniquely qualified for
this work. We have a specialist background for any work in the Human Factors area..."

Jo-Anne Hamilton and Fiona Stevens are both psychologists. Their work over the last twenty years has been in both the organisational and clinical fields. They have worked in the aviation and safety areas as part of their ongoing interest and training in Human Factors.

Qualifications

Jo-Anne and Fiona are uniquely qualified for this work. They have a specialist background for any work in the Human Factors area as they work with individuals on a daily basis as well as providing training and interventions at an organisational level. In this way they know how to apply theory to practice, they know how to make the concepts of safety applicable to the individual. They know how difficult it can be for people to actually do what they know they need to do and so have developed practices which assist in making any learning materials relevant and meaningful to the individual who has to apply the theory to their everyday work practices.
