They were invited to travel to Emirates to provide mediation training in 2004. Jo-Anne presented a paper titled Human Factors in Maintenance at the International Conference for European Aviation Psychology in 2008 and also provided a tutorial on Social Intelligence in Aviation. They have also consulted to other organisations such as Queensland Rescue, CHC Helicopters, DSTO, the ADF, Country Fire Service SA, SAPOL, SA Water, BHP, Road Trauma Support Team.

Jo-Anne lectures at the University of South Australia, she teaches the Human factors course which is part of the Bachelor in Aviation degree. Fiona is a guest lecturer for the Human Factors course at the University of South Australia. Fiona and Jo-Anne are both registered psychologists with extensive experience in the Human Factors field as well as clinical and organisational consulting.
